Within our Grooving Cutter range we have Adjustable Groovers and Fixed Turn Blades.

Fixed Turn Blade Groovers:

Block Diameters of 150mm, 170mm, 175mm & 200mm, widths 6mm to 30mm & Bore diameters of 30mm & 31.75mm.

CMT Adjustable Groovers

2 Piece - 150mm Diameter Aluminium Block has 14-28mm grooving width.

3 Piece - 140mm Diameter Steel Block has 4-15mm grooving width 30mm and 31.75mm (1 1/4”) Bores available.

Trend:  Steel Groover 5mm Thick, 125mm Diameter Id=31.75mm with 6 wing (Z=6)

We supply all spares and accessories to suit your Cutter Blocks such as Rubber Feed Rollers, Spare Reversible Knives, Ball Race Guide Rings and all 170+ pre-profiled sets of 40mm CMT profile knives.
