Industrial specification Dakin Flathers UK manufactured Bandsaw blades are cut and welded to order to suit a wide variety of Machine Models.
Our range of Bandsaw Blades can be purchased in widths of 3/16", ¼", 3/8", ½", 5/8", ¾", 1" & 1"1/4" (0.476mm, 06.35mm, 09.52mm, 12.7mm, 15.87mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm, & 31.75mm) and lengths from 8ft (2438mm) to 20ft (6096mm) as well as a choice of teeth per inch (TPI).
For your guidance:
- 10 teeth per inch: For cutting material up to 20mm thick
- 6 teeth per inch: For cutting material from 30mm up to 40mm thick
- 3 teeth per inch: For cutting material from 60mm up to 100mm thick
