This Finishing Spiral Router by Appleby's is a Z=2 (2Flute) Positive Upcut (Positive chip flow extracting waste Upwards toward the extraction hood) and is capable of feed rates from 12 to 20 m/min (governed by Timber, Machines, extraction units and item stability). Positive Spiral will give the best Bottom layer cutting quality and provide an excellent finish on the Lower side of the workpiece.
Used for cutting, copying, panel sizing and any routing applications of Solid Wood, Wooden Composites, Plastics and Laminates. Can be used on machining centres, point to point machines, CNC Routers and Hand Held Routers equipped with chucks or adapters.
