Chip Flow = Positive/Upward chip ejection.

This tool is a Z=3 (3 Flute) Positive/R (positive chip flow extracting the waste upwards towards the extraction hoods) and is capable of feed rates from 12 to 20m/min (governed by timber + machine + extraction + item stability)

Used for efficient contour cuting, end trimming and panel sizing of solid wood, Wood composites, plastics and laminates at high feed speed. Can be used on machining centres, point to point boring machines, CNC routers and hand held routers equipped with chucks or adapters.

A Special super-micrograin carbide formulation was created to produce and hold a keen cutting edge. The new low-angle spiral is designed specifically to shear wood cleanly and provide efficient chip ejection. The tool runs cooler and the edges last longer.
