CNC Solid Carbide Lockcase Spiral Router Cutter

This quality CNC spiral has been manufactured by Kyocera Unimerco from the best quality micro grain carbide, increasing tool life and performance.

The tool geometry is designed for use in CNC machines for cutting lock sets and face plates in doors.

The Tool dimensions are:-

Diameter (D) = 16mm

Cut length (I₁) = 45mm

Depth Reach (I) = 95mm

Total Length (L) = 150mm

Shank Diameter (S) = 16mm

Positive Chip Flow (Up-cut)

Z = 3 (3 Flute)

Right Hand Rotation

This tool is a Z=3 (3 Flute) Pos/R (positive chip flow extracting the waste upwards towards the extraction unit).

Our standard program ranges in size from 6-25mm with various cut lengths depending on diameter.

Most sizes are available in positive and negative, Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, 2 flute or 3 flute designs along with full custom tools on special request.
