12mm dia x 35mm cut Z=2+2 Up/Down Compression CNC Solid Carbide Spiral Router Right Hand Rotation

Particularly suitable for double sided Veneers, Melamine, Chipboard & MDF material for a clean finish.

This quality CNC manufactured spiral has been made from the best quality grade solid carbide giving increased tool life manufactured in the UK by Kyocera UNIMERCO.

The tool geometry is designed from years of testing and in-house knowledge and is suitable for general joinery in all timbers - Softwood Hardwood and Manufactured Board Materials.

The Tool Dimensions are:-

Diameter (D) = 12mm

Cut Length (I) = 35mm

Total Length (L) = 90mm

Shank Diameter (S) = 12mm

 The part of the bit closest to the tip is upcut and the other end is downcut compressing the material into the centre of the bit, protecting the top and bottom layers.

We offer a full range of Spiral routers for almost every application. Our standard program ranges in size from 6-25mm with various cut lengths depending on diameter.

Most sizes are available in positive and negative, Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, 2 flute or 3 flute designs along with full custom tools on special request.
